The Terra-, Aqua- and Site Remediation Centre of Competence in Leipzig - TASK promotes the national and international transfer of innovative technologies and concepts in the fields of soil protection, ground water remediation and site revitalisation.

The 3. TASK Symposium provides a platform for exchange between decision-makers in economics, politics and research in the fields of contaminated sites. In two parallel sessions new technological developments, sustainable remediation concepts and strategies as well as possibilities and chances for an increased international know-how and technology transfer will be presented. Further programme items are poster presentations, in-depth workshops with high practical orientation and the "TASK networking service" to optimize the communication between the participants.

TASK invites all who wish to present contributions and research findings on innovative technological and strategical approaches. The presentation can be given as an oral one or else as a poster in either German or English.
