In my PhD project I focus on the consequences of climate change on ecosystem processes in different grassland types. At the Global Change Experimental Facility (GCEF) I study plant productivity and diversity under realistic land-management conditions, both with ambient climate and changed climate conditions according to future scenarios.
To assess the effects of an extreme drought on grasslands we set up an experimental site as part of the International Drought Experiment
