Dr. Nona Schulte-Römer
works in the field of science and technology studies (STS).
She focuses on how different stakeholders experience new environmental technologies and make them politically relevant. In her doctoral thesis she focused on public lighting and the introduction of LED technology in urban spaces.
Jingxia Wang will focus her doctoral studies on the impact of urban processes on land use and ecosystem services. She gained her Master’s degree in Land Resources Management at the College of Resources and Environmental Sciences, China Agricultural University, Beijing.
