How did you learn about UFZ?
In my studies I had to complete an internship external. During the search I became aware of UFZ because of its interesting research.
Why did you come to the UFZ?
The decisive reason to come to UFZ was the attractive and interdisciplinary PhD topic. It offers both the possibility of practical laboratory work and theoretical modelling. In addition, there is the graduate school HIGRADE which provides interesting education options e.g. in statistics.
What do you like about the city you live in?
Magdeburg is a very green city with a lot of social and cultural events.
How do you like it at the UFZ / in HIGRADE?
I like the permanent exchange with other researchers and PhD students.
